  • For those of us who come from other Yin Yoga Trainings, I found this functional approach to Yin Yoga totally refreshing while aligned with her teacher Paul Grilley, and in which we could review all his firsthand teachings such as “the Sutras and the Dances of the Grilleys" in the practice of Yin.
